great amenities and lively entertainment

i spent a week here with my sister in law back in march 2024. our room was almost an apartment. the pool area impressed me most with many palm trees. i really liked the different animals kept there like guinea pigs and turtles. the animation team was fantastic! they really danced by the pool and kept everybody's spirit up. they also created fabulous shows every evening, except mondays.
the hotel pushes water bottles. they do not keep water cold as claimed. staff knew it was a false claim when they sold it for €9. they did not refund as it had been used.

the location is perfect and it is right on the golden mile. it is easy to go for an evening stroll. the hotel is close to shops, the beach, and even the airport.

there were many choices for food between the restaurant, snack bar, and bbq area. you can pour your own drinks including beer. the all-inclusive snacks are great. i especially enjoyed the smaller grill restaurant by the pool area.

the location were handy and it was easy to get to nearby attractions.
the room itself need a update, it felt dated and not very clean. i were also disappointed that the restaurant had big tables for eight. as a solo traveller, i had to share a table with strangers and felt awkward as the conversation went on around me and the other guests looked at me.

the hotel is near the beach (i like to take long walks). the variety of foods offered daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner suited different cultures. the rooms were decorated nicely and spacious.
the hotel did not have air conditioning. only a ceiling fan was available in the room.

i found plenty of options at the bar. the food offered variety each day. the staff were very attentive and always helpful. i especially liked that the animation team was always active but not too overwhelming during the day. eline and patrick took the time to chat often and we shared some good laughs.
tables in the restaurant seat eight people so i shared tables with other guests sometimes.
